Dr. Foulk has over 20 years of experience and has helped several thousand couples from around the world achieve their dream of having a baby. Dr. Foulk is an internationally renowned expert in the field of reproductive endocrinology, having established active fertility treatment centers in four different states so that he can enable all those who struggle with infertility find an affordable way to start a family. Dr. Foulk completed his fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco after his residency at the University of California, Irvine in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Mark D. Johnson has practiced reproductive medicine and fertility for over 20 years. He has come to Las Vegas with extensive professional experience in reproductive medicine. His background is unique in that he is both an experienced Reproductive Endocrinologist-Infertility specialist and a Clinical Geneticist. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology-Infertility and is Board Certified in the specialty of Medical Genetics. Read More.

Zeki holds a M.S. & PhD in Endocrinology and Reproductive Physiology (ERP) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also is a certified Embryology Lab Director (ELD) and Technical Supervisor (TS-Embryology and Andrology).
Briana Ohel, RN BSN
Hello! I’m Briana and I have been an IVF Nurse at SIRM Fertility Center, Las Vegas since 2013. The intricate science of this field is fascinating to me and I absolutely love helping people from all over the world build their families. Little did I know that I, too, would struggle with infertility. Thanks to our doctors and my SIRM family, my husband and I now have girl/boy twins, Eleanor and Julian. I see myself as a fertility nurse for years to come and hope to help you make this journey a little easier.
Practice Manager and Financial Counselor
A native Las Vegan, Amanda fell in love with the field of infertility which was inspired by a family member’s five year journey struggling to conceive. This personal experience gave her a deep appreciation for the medical professionals that work closely with our patients today. Amanda provides administrative leadership and support to the SIRM team. She has worked in healthcare as an Operations Administrator and Finance Director for the last 15 years. Amanda also serves as the practice’s Financial Counselor where she assists patients with the monetary aspect of their care in turn helping to make treatment affordable and accessible to all. An outdoor enthusiast, Amanda enjoys hiking, biking, running and exploring ghost towns with her son Liam.
