We are excited to announce that Dr. Russell Foulk, a Board Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist, has recently joined SIRM Fertility Center, Las Vegas. Dr. Foulk has over 20 years of experience and has helped several thousand couples from around the world achieve their dream of having a baby. Dr. Foulk is an internationally renowned expert in the field of reproductive endocrinology, having established active fertility treatment centers in four different states so that he can enable all those who struggle with infertility find an affordable way to start a family. Dr. Foulk completed his fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco after his residency at the University of California, Irvine in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Briana Ohel, RN BSN
Hello! I’m Briana and I have been an IVF Nurse at SIRM Fertility Center, Las Vegas since 2013. The intricate science of this field is fascinating to me and I absolutely love helping people from all over the world build their families. Little did I know that I, too, would struggle with infertility. Thanks to our doctors and my SIRM family, my husband and I now have girl/boy twins, Eleanor and Julian. I see myself as a fertility nurse for years to come and hope to help you make this journey a little easier.
Kimberly Carter, MS, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kimberly is an accomplished family nurse practitioner with a passion for helping those who struggle with infertility. Kimberly graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and worked as a registered nurse for 8 years before furthering her education to pursue a Master of Science degree in nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2013. She also holds a Master of Science degree in nursing education from Texas Christian
Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exercising, and going to the beach. Kimberly is excited to join the team at SIRM to assist patients in achieving their dreams of becoming parents and having a family.
Chelsy Foulk, RN
Chelsy received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a minor in Family Life and certification in Spanish Fluency from Brigham Young University. She graduated as a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honors Society and served as Vice President of her Student Nurses Association.
Chelsy comes to SIRM with experience working in a fertility center in Utah. As an RN, Chelsy strives to help her patients navigate the difficult journey of infertility. Her goal is to instill hope in her patients and help them achieve their dreams of family.
Chelsy was born and raised in San Diego and loves to go home to visit her family and the beach. Chelsy loves to travel, eat, and watch movies with her husband, Corey.
Kimberly Ealy, LPN
With over eight years of experience in fertility treatment, Kimberly joined SIRM as an IVF nurse last year. Originally from Los Angeles, Kimberly graduated from nursing school in 2005 as a licensed practical nurse certified in I.V. and blood withdrawal.
This specialized field requires a very supportive and compassionate nurse who is there for her patient from beginning to end no matter what the outcome. Kimberly feels lucky to have met and become good friends with so many of her patients; she now cherishes watching their children grow. When she is not helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring Nevada.
Dayana Elizalde, MA / IVF Coordinator
Dayana was born and raised in Arizona but moved to Las Vegas at the age of 15. Dayana has always loved the medical field, which led her to join a medical assistant program at a local Las Vegas college. Dayana came to SIRM as an extern during her medical assisting program. Over the years, with time and training, Dayana has become one of our IVF coordinators.
As an IVF Coordinator, Dayana is responsible for guiding and assisting patients during their journey here at SIRM. When she isn’t working, Dayana enjoys shopping, Netflix binge watching, and traveling to visit family.
Brittany Hoffman, Ultrasonographer
Brittany is a Northern Nevada native and a UNLV graduate who has worked as a sonographer for ten years. As an SIRM patient-turned-employee, Brittany has experienced life on both sides of the ultrasound probe and is passionate about giving patients the same experience at SIRM she has enjoyed—including having a baby! While scanning, some topics of conversation that are likely to come up include her love of all things Elvis, her San Francisco Giant’s fandom, and where the best place is you’ve eaten recently.
Natasha Soares, Embryology Lab Technician
Natasha is originally from Hilo, Hawaii and moved to Las Vegas during middle school. After attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa, she worked as a research technician at the University of Southern California. Recently, Natasha moved back to Las Vegas to be closer to her family at which time she joined SIRM as an Embryology Lab Technician at and is aspiring to be an Embryologist. When Natasha is not at work, she enjoys finding new places to eat, spending time with her family, and hiking.
Kristina Davis, MA
Kristina was born and raised in the great city of Las Vegas. As a lifelong local, she often runs into familiar faces day-to-day. Kristina has been an MA for seven years, five of which have been here at SIRM. Kristina has a passion for helping build families and loves learning from our physicians. Throughout her time at SIRM, she feels she is not only a MA but a trusted friend to many patients that have come through the clinic. Kristina and her three children love to spend their time watching movies, going to sporting events, and making each other laugh.
Tina McKittrick, Financial Counselor
With 20 years of experience in healthcare, Tina has been with SIRM since 2013. As our previous New Patient Coordinator, she has spent countless hours listening to patients’ heartbreaking stories and helping them overcome their infertility challenges. Tina now assists patients with the financial information, helping each patient make the best decisions for their family. Her passion is being able to help patients fulfill their dreams.
A Michigan native, Tina enjoys spending time with her daughter, Hannah, going to Hannah’s basketball games, hiking, and Disneyland/traveling.
Jessica Thatcher, New Patient Liaison
As the New Patient Liaison at SIRM, Jessica enjoys meeting new patients and helping them with the initial steps on their pathway to parenthood. The field of infertility is especially close to her heart as she too has gone through the IVF process.
Jessica was born and raised in Page, Arizona but moved with her husband to Las Vegas in 2017. Jessica and her husband love hiking, spending time in the outdoors, and playing with their dogs. They are also anxiously anticipating the arrival of their first baby this summer—a boy!
Chalet Evans, MA
Chalet grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She and her husband relocated to Las Vegas in 2017 and enjoy the desert/city life. Chalet has worked as an MA for five years and loves interacting with patients on a daily basis. She is a team player and loved by all who meet her. She continuously stays positive and has a smile even on the busiest of days. Her calm demeanor and compassion is reassuring to her patients. Chalet enjoys shopping, trying new foods, and spending time with the people she loves most. She and her husband, Isaiah, are hoping to add to their family in the near future.
